Mike and the team have been amazing throughout the entire process. Mike has been very responsive to emails and texts whenever we have had questions. He helped us to get a mortgage offer very quickly as well as helping with other aspects such as solicitors and insurance. This has made the entire experience stress free and helped us to stay at ease. Last year, my partner and I had to stop house hunting due to unforseen circumstances so we had to put everything on hold. Once we were ready to start again, Mike picked off where we had left everything and got everything progressing very quickly. We cannot fault Mike at all and will definitely be using his services when the time arises. He has left a long lasting impression on us and we're so glad we decided to choose him to help us buy our first home.

Where to start? Mike has been beyond fantastic with helping me buy my first home. When he took a call after my flight landed at 9:00pm to finalise key bits of info to get my DIP sorted for the following day, I knew I was in good hands. Not once did I have to press for things to get done, with Mike moving as fast as I did at every step of the way. Brilliant advice and refreshing honesty. No doubt I could have found a cheaper route but the reality is this, if you want to secure your mortgage and get the best possible deal Mike is your man. I will recommend without hesitation. P.S a Ferrari is more expensive than a fiat punto for a reason.

Just wanted to say Big thank you to Mike, Farah and rest of the team. We had absolutely no clue about buying property process. After one call and a brief chat Mike took our case over in 100 %. Has explained everything as clear and transparent as possible. These guys got everything sorted for us from the bottom to the top,solicitors, mortgage in principle, insurances, dealt with every matter with no hassle. Very good communication too, updating us regularly as we were on a tight schedule. I couldn't recommend EPS more,even sent us wonderful gift for our new home...
