Ignore the fake reviews that staff members leave and avoid this garage like the plague. They charged the insurance company who were fixing my car over 4000 and then later it was proved they hadn't done most of the work they claimed they had. I used the Ombudsman to fight it and won. Look at some of the big review sites for a proper overview of what these garages are like, and refuse to let your insurance company use these creatures.

I had my car repaired here after an unfortunate accident in my Renault Clio. This company carries out work exclusively for LV insurance but are known as Nationwide crash repair though also known as Howard Basford. Regardless, the process started soon after I reported my accident to LV. Shortly after I received a phone call from Nationwide offering to come out and inspect the damage to my car. I wanted to take the car to their facility in Trafford Park as I thought it would speed things up a bit. So, arrived at their body shop in Trafford Park which to be honest you would think they dont want anyone to find them! Its tucked away off Tenax Road and cannot be seen from the main road. Anyway, I walked into the reception area and spoke with one of the guys on the front desk (sorry guys I cant remember your names but the two of you are a credit to the company). Shortly after arriving an engineer estimator went out to see my car and took loads of photos (inside and out). Back in the reception area to discuss when the work could be done. Bear in mind it was Tuesday afternoon when I visited. Now hear comes the best bit. When I arranged my insurance I did not include a courtesy car. As a good will gesture they lent me a car so as I could go to work. They couldnt do it on the day so I returned on the Saturday,dropped my car off and was given a nice Mini Cooper 19 reg until my car was ready no dramas at all. Fast forward to today (Thursday) I got a text saying car was ready so I drove over mid afternoon as I wanted to see the car in daylight. I am over the moon with the standard of work and the presentation. I took my damaged car in absolutely filthy( countless miles on the M60 saw to that). The car looked immaculate when I collected it after repair,the colour was a perfect match, I am very happy with the repair and professionalism of these guys. In summary, if you value excellence in customer service, quality of work, and care about how your car will be after its been repaired, take it here. They do work exclusively for LV so you may want to call them if you are not an LV policy holder. FIVE STARS

Was put in contact through LV for insurance repairs. Never heard of the company prior to this. They've repaired my pride and joy to such a high standard I cannot see any evidence that it was damaged! There is absolutely no discrepancy with the colour! Customer service was top notch and it was a speedy repair too. They even dropped off a courtesy car and collected mine! The icing on the cake was when they wouldn't let me leave without replacing the battery for my key. Cheers guys

Polite and courteous, kept informed af all times. Just need better signage from the road as its easy to miss!
