Carers are excellent but person handling their schedules has failed again and again, carer late again today by 4 hours through no fault of hers, because as I was told 3 months ago they will be on time in the mornings, but carers have obliged me for 3 months by coming early for me, Had a nasty fall 9 days ago, so scared to wash myself, still waiting for carer who has been called 4 times and she is not answering her phone. Need to now make a complaint, Just checked BP, over taking the stress from 9 30 am and its 179/102, just terrified from last fall, couldn't get off the floor even with help, ambulance said they'll be 3 hours, I think theyre just waiting for a serious incident to happen
