Took order, didn't deliver and not refunding money. Not responding to email, phone number refers back to email and live chat that doesnt exist.

Do not buy from this company. Trading as All Round Fun Placed an order for 449.92 on 31st July. Received an email the following day saying that my payment had not passed their payment providers security checks, so they would cancel the order and issue a refund. The money was taken from my bank account on the 31st July but as of 18th August I have still not been issued a refund. I have emailed them and phoned three times, always with the same response " Will pass it on to their finance department. I have now had to contact my bank to recover the money. I will also be contacting trading standards as I feel this is a fraudulent act.

We recently returned an items to this company and it has been a complete nightmare. They claim that they have not received the item back despite me providing evidence of delivery. They are currently Withholding over 1000 of our money which is due as a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

My grandchildren waiting week on week for this equipment to be delivered. Parts still not delivered that were missing even though promised. This company cannot be trusted they lie give false promises and seem to have no clue as to what they are doing. They are unhelpful, rude, and have a no care attitude to customer care. Do yourself a favour purchase elsewhere!

Ordering some furniture was fine, then the delivery was a shambles. Had an email on Monday saying delivery would be Tuesday. This got moved to Thursday, fair enough. Thursday came and went and only because I called them was I told it would be Friday now. Friday came and went with no delivery and no phone call. Both days i had ensured i was in to help unload as it is a kerb side delivery. Dreadful customer service, would avoid this company at all costs.
