Absolute joke of a company been with them 3 years and have had very little communication from then I'm not real good with keeping up on paperwork so some of this is my fault that's why 2 stars instead of one long story short I'm now needing a car for work so have to ask promision ok I got everything up to date about 3 weeks ago to be told its been sent for approval two ago to be then told its being drafted last week I've had to keep pestering to get things done to be told I've got to wait till mid January which will be 2 months waiting while on my iva app all my new details are already in place I was also basically called a leering emails wish I hadn't of bothering now plus my payments have more then double like I said joke plus I also struggle with mental health issues which the company was aware off

Made a call to get through to an advisor and I have been on hold for 40mins until someone actually answered. Who's got time to wait 40mins?? Absolutely rediculous

I'm currently in an iva with this company and have been for 3 years and out of the blue they increased my payment by 300% and took the payment from my account without confirming before .
