        Very frustrating customer service in the online shop. Ordered a part months ago and after several emails and calls no progress just people saying they guy is not here today :D

        Hired a Yamaha PA system for a gig, they were super accommodating to what I needed and flexible. Good for value, and relatively easy!

        They list all Pioneer spare parts as in stock even though they don't actually have them. Twice this has happened to me, you'll be sitting waiting for something to arrive and it won't. They'll then phone to say can you wait weeks whilst they go and procure the parts. Avoid!

        Very efficient service. The repair was completed on time and the communication throughout was excellent. I will use SBS again.

        Had 2 jobs done 1st job came back in record time !!! Second job had to wait for parts which I suppose is a common thing these days but as soon as parts came in boom back in my possession all good so far Will use again if needs be Kind regards Carl
