DO NOT RISK IT !!! Have purchased with them for the friendly match vs Everton. I had to leave early with the kids and come to see the entire car park entrance blocked by other paying customers. They obviously over sold. NEVER AGAIN!!! ====== E D I T ====== I received an email the next day with an apology and a promise of a refund. Its been 2 month and no refund. =====EDIT # 2 ======== 3 months later I did get my refund.

Very poor experience, advised to arrive early, upon arrival the unit which is being used was all locked, apparently when a refund was requested the so called car park opened at 1120, not early after a 4 hour drive. Would not use them again, lots of car parking available at other businesses and cheaper.

Impossible to leave after match blocked up all passage ways and exits. Prioritize money making over customer service. Money making scheme. 2min walk from stadium.

Absolutely horrendous place to park they squeeze as many car as they can result in cars being block. We has to wait over and 1 hour to get our of the carpark. Tried to get hold of some for a full refund with no joy

Similar experience as someone else with the Everton friendly as I was also blocked in due to them overbooking the car park. A fault with the booking system and I too have been offered a refund and the option to park there for free next time. To be honest, I used the car park for the Brentford friendly the week before and there were no problems at all. Despite the issues at the weekend I think the customer service has been spot on. Forget what i said above. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Tried contacting them again and no reply!
