        I bought from Stewart Milne on Bayley Croft. Michelle the sales rep was brilliant, as was Alison on customer service. The house itself, I'm really pleased with, but the landscaping is abysmal. Turf laid directly on weeds and rubble has caused undulations, but worse still, the communal landscaping which has left the estate looking scruffy. When comparing landscaping to what was agreed with Cheshire East council, it's not even close, delivered under the required spec and not what we deserve as residents. Having previously worked for Redrow and living in many new builds before, I know what their obligations are with regards to planning, which put simply, they're not meeting. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and am in the process of pursuing this further.
