        Awful customer service, I ordered rechargable batteries in bulk and they sent the wrong, cheaper ones. They were very hard to get in contact with, and when they finally responded to my email they didn't arrange for a courier to return the batteries, instead telling me to send them back through the post. When I told them the post office did not allow the postage of lithium ion batteries through the post I was ignored. I still have not got a refund or appology. Scam.

        Be careful before you trust them. My experience (over 3 months) is: 1. Their stated returns policy is not fulfilled. 2. Their "customer service" delays responses, makes excuses, and then ignores follow up communications. 3. It takes forever to get phone contact.
