Absolute disgrace. My mother gas been left in the cold. Her washing is sky high. She isn't respected in her own home. All the carers are rude and lazy. Disgusting company. Avoid Premier Care!!

Awful company. Carers don't turn up then lie to management saying they have been. The carers never do the domestic they are paid for. They do not encourage you to bathe! They leave food rotting on the side and don't take bins out. Flies everywhere due to this. Horrendous service.

So happy they lost the contract, the management are pretty bad but it's the owners that should have stepped in. Thank god no more WhOOO!

Absolutely disgraceful care (if you can even call it that) service. Leaving my 89 year old grandfather for 3 days in urine soaked clothes and a pad saturated in urine, causing me to discover him smelling of urine which was very obvious to anyone with any sense of smell. How can this service even call themselves care providers? The girl who cares for my grandfather, chloe (young girl no older tHan 25) absolutely lacks in any compassion and very clearly doesn't have the training or experience to work for any sort of care job. My grandfather has worked all of his life and all he and the family want is for him to be in comfort and happy in his retirement, plus having to pay for a lot of the care he receives. He suffers from alzheimer's and vascular dementia and struggles to do basic daily tasks, how can anyone leave someone to sit and lie in their own urine and have the audacity to call themselves a carer. cannot emphasise how bad the level of care my grandfather has received. Avoid this company at all costs, unless you want a loved one to suffer in their elderly life. Absolute disgrace of a company that shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves carers. Disgusted
