It is impossible to get an appointment had to wait a month for a telephone appointment and now to they haven't a clue when they will phone absolute joke do not come here wish i could post no stars!!!!!

Great doctors but the receptionist are the most incompetent people alive! They tell conflicting information but Kara has a disgusting attitude, and Sushma is the most clueless person alive!

it's terrible, every time I have an emergency with myself or the child I'm sent to the emergency room, you actually sit and die with the pain, some of the employees at the reception don't care!! Just to get a spray for an ear infection, what it was given to me by them and it only had to be prescribed, I couldn't get help!

What on earth is happening to our practice, Wait forty minutes on the phone. when you get through ... sorry we'll get you a call back... never came... phoned back again ... oh i apologise i will send it to the doctor right now .... no phone back... actually go down to the surgery explain i'm still in agony and still no consultation... oh sorry i will send urgently to the doctor and he will be in touch later today.... two days later NOTHING !!!!!
