        I shopped on line for a smaller size (same bathroom rug and colour) the price had gone up and the quality had come down. Disappointed as I have bought several rugs before.

        In correct order received, received carpet samples instead of rug and runner.After many phone calls finally runner arrived but although web site stated rug in stock it was not.We are still awaiting delivery of rug several weeks later.I have emailed the company but still no response.Very poor service and will not order again.Order done online

        DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a rug with a faulty loose thread. They have repeatedly refused to help. They are therefore breaking the law, ignoring the Consumer Act 2015. I am having to take them to court to get a refund. Update: won court case.
