        Awful experience. Ordered two dehumidifiers on special offer, only received one. The missing one was then delivered when I requested it. One then failed completely after only 3 months. After a lengthy email conversation they eventually agreed for me to return it, originally stating it had to be returned at my own cost, eventually agreeing to cover 15 of return courier costs when I quoted consumer law to them. Did then deliver me a brand new unit, however have still not advised what was wrong with the original despite me asking, Ive not received my 15 reimbursement for courier costs, and they re-delivered the replacement to my old address despite me advising them of my new one. Avoid.
