If your looking for a great gym , there is no other option than this one. Exceptional customer service and it is a family run business. Ive been going for advice, products for over 25 years. I have also been a member of the gym for over 18 months. There is everything you need, never over crowded like gym chains. Ideal if you work shifts as I do, perfect for beginners or intermediate gym goers.

A great company to use not just for their products but also the helpful info in a mind boggling confusing industry. Ive used these from the early days in a previous location and even though the business has grown theyre still as friendly and down to earth as ever.
