Disappointed with a member of staff from head office called (Debs) she was very rude very unhelpful not bothered about child education only concerned about finances I dropped my child of yesterday 16th July as normal and willing to make a part payment to cover his food account and agreed to make the remaining on Friday this week but answer I got from Debs from head office no I not allowed to leave my child it was very upsetting to take out of his class his teachers were very upset seeing my son leaving the class room and finally Debs said to me over the phone my son even can't come to the guaution party coming this Friday which I think it was very disgusting of her not to be allowed to bring my child
