Just got an apartment with Intus lettings and it was quick and easy, Laura Correia was was of huge help through the whole process and very professional, there was also another woman who helped me with my application even though it wasn't her department and was wonderful, would recommend to anyone trying to get a place to live with great service

I had a terrible experience with this agency.. 100% not recommended. I will briefly explain my experience.. I had rented a 2 bedroom flat in August 2022 in November 2022 I notice that Manchester was not the city that suited my family.. I therefore decide to return to London and continue our old life. The contract said that if I found him coming to live in our place, they would give us back the deposit amount given. We have found the people so at the time of the new contract for the new tenants the agency decides to make a new contract and does not take over ours by only changing the names. Believe me never seen such a rude agency . PS if they have the opportunity to rebate you money they will do it without any problem. for example they stole 1222 pounds from me. In 2023 this is certainly an absolute disgrace. There are no 0 stars otherwise this would have been the score you deserve.

All my communications so far have been incredibly pleasant, even with the number of calls I needed to make to clarify various bits when applying for a flat. Looking forward to the good communication going forward

Fantastic service by the staff members and very smooth completion of agreement and documentation process. Thank you Laura . Got keys today and will be moving in very shortly..
