Everytime I come here there's a drama. So this time I'd done an online order 24hrs in advance , parts picked and ready for collection. Arrive at 7am on my phone select I'm here to collect. Walk in wait 5 mins and the guy behind the counter asks if I've checked in, told him I've done it on my phone. Showed him the order to prove it and he still says its not come through. Ended up being in there 15 mins . No other issues like this at any other branch

Wife buying supplies for work. Wheeled them out on a truck, there you go luv. Can you help lift them up? Not allowed, health and safety. OK, can you remove the excess packaging to make it easier. Not allowed. To be totally honest with you luv, my back's a bit sore today. Right, well this is a 1500 order, let's go and take it back inside and you can refund me. This motivated him.
