When I politely asked when i could expect to see some plans (after 10+ weeks of engagement) I received back a patronising 1000 word email implying that they did not want to do business with me. The matter would better have been resolved by an old fashioned bit of customer service e.g. a phone call on Monday morning rather than a keyboard warriors missive. If I had been the MD I would have picked up the phone and called me so maybe the CS is an issue right through the company
