        Ieva was a wonderful representative. She was responsive, fast and efficient in dealing with my claim. She did not let the Christmas festivals get in the way. She took over my file on the 8th December and by today 30th December I have received a settlement and money is on its way. Well Done. A very good company with good customer service.

        Amazing customer service from Hanna, went above and beyond for me over months when I wasnt even her client, didnt need to but was ultra professional and more importantly a terrific human being. Had a really positive impact on my life when my own and other U.K. insurers involved couldnt wash their hands of me quick enough following a really bad accident. I cannot praise enough.
