Having had the misfortune to have had an I.V.A with the original D.F.D, I'm overjoyed to learn that they went bust. There's hopefully an incurable disease for each and every one of the original D.F.D staff as it's no more than they deserve!

This company screwed me over and mis sold an IVA and never responded to emails and questions and threatened me with bankruptcy as they didnt receive all the documents one year, but I did send them and obviously got lost, I sent new copies and did I get a thank you......of course I didnt. So glad they went bust, I just hope all staff that worked there are now having to do an IVA and get screwed over like I was by them. Aperture now run my IVA and just under two years left to go. Never ever take an IVA out as its just Bankruptcy in sheeps clothing and these companies rip everyone off with their fees.

Shocking company gone bust and they have my land registry for my house. Aperture have now taken over Im still waiting for my land registry to be released my Iva has now been closed. Ive spoken too people that have worked for theses companies, they say once its been closed then they release your land registry straight away.!

I can never get through I could go on all day about the issues I've had with this company. When they want your money you get a phone call. Otherwise they don't reply to email or messages left. I would stay clear.. And I gave told them this if I could go back a couple of years...update! I think they have gone bust. Every phone down...
