Been recently defrauded with this bank 4000 pound gone and said they can't help been banking with them 20 plus years and getting palmed off with every phone call stay well clear and my account will be getting closed once I get another up and running awful bank and service stay well clear....

Can never get through to customer service always on the phone over an hour on hold and constant problems with my account .if you lose your card it costs to get another and even then it never arrives or takes nearly 3 weeks. Absolute waste of time don't join this bank

STOP DONT GO WIRH THEM money disappears from ya accpunt think money DO NOT KEEP MONEY SAFE from scammmers an dont take responsibility when ya accpunt is frauded they charge u to use there bank an offer no servises for these charges 7 years i bin wirh them an this is bin goin on long enough started of 10 here n there now ridiculous amounts

Worst bank ever !! They have taken over 1000 of me after I had reported my card as lost or stolen and they blocked it . They allowed a payment on that card leaving me -456 they then took the money of me and charged me for it . Then hold money from me for 4weeks , and yo too it off the close my account because of an overdraft. The over draft was due to them allowing a transaction on a blocked and stolen card. They have left me no option but to report to offcom. Avoid at all cost.

Gave them one star only because there isn't a lower option. Do not bank with them, you'll regret it. They are beyond useless.
