Its been a horrible, stressful experience, one I wouldnt want anyone to experience if you have a damaged item you need to return and its still ongoing and they still have my money! Ordered a dehumidifier on the 10th October, arrived full of scratches down the front of it, you have to raise a online ticket as you cant speak to them on the phone. It was classed as low priority which I find amusing! It eventually got allocated to a lady called Ruth who couldnt see my scratches on a white glossy background so I had to take them again for her and bingo she could see them! Offered me 15 back approximately 15% back I refused I wanted a perfect non damaged one, so she arranged a postage note for me to drop the parcel to a nearest post office, print off this parcel note and take to this post office bearing in mind this parcel arrived to me damaged no fault of my own, parcel forces fault! Ok I did as I was told. Arrived at the post office to be told parcel force is on strike we cant take your parcel until 5 days time. Online I go to explain this so they sent DPD today who arrived at 11am I was told they would bring a parcel note to attach to my parcel. The gentleman arrives and says I need to scan your parcel I said I was told you would have a parcel label he said oh yeah I forgot to print this at the depot and will just take the parcel, off he went with it. Tonight I receive a email from DPD saying we are sorry we havent been able to collect your parcel and it will be collected on the 24th of October! Im sorry you already have it and this company wont refund me my money until you send them the damaged parcel! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON! Ive got no choice but to now to get my bank involved to help get my money back. This company has given me the run around over no fault of my own for a damaged item and Ive now got to chase to get my money back and chase there shoddy courier companies. When I ask questions on my ticket enquiry line with Ruth it can take ages for the replies! Its pain staking! Please dont go through this Hassle and go elsewhere!
