Tried to phone their head office as I ordered from the Web.
Turns out they don't list their number on their site.
Want to talk with them? Your only option is to email them and wait (as they have stated) up to 3 days for a reply.
So I found their head office here on maps and it had a number.
I rang the number and the message said they are not taking calls as their operators are working from home. Doing what?
What are they working on at home if they are not answering calls lol.
Seems they don't like talking to their customers.
Can't say what the product is like as it has not arrived.
Won't be using this mob again that's for sure.

My Wife and I had occasion to visit your Trentham Gardens Store, in fact revisit, based on the help and assistance of your sales lady Annie, who went out of her way to spend time and knowledge with us that was invaluable
