This use to be the best card shop in Manchester where I bought all my cards over the last 15 years , with a fantastic selection of handmade cards. It changed hands and was bought by card zone and now has a selection of cheap poor quality at the same price of the fantastic handmade cards they use to stock. I will never shop their again very disappointed.

Most disgusting customer service, the owner has got to be the most rudest arrogant person I have ever came across. Was made to feel intimidated and pressured into buying things I didnt want to. Would not recommend at all! Has a very miserable feel to it and the cards are extremely over priced. Also the employees look fed up, very patronising service from a woman named Andrea.

Visited this shop a few times, the last time was in March to buy a mother's day card. Whilst this place does have a good selection, where they choose to display their products is not immediately obvious and you do need to look around the whole shop to find what you want. What completely put me off buying anything at all, and revisiting in future, was the curt/rude approach by the sales staff asking me twice if I needed help, who then proceeded to stare at me until I left. Was made to feel as though I was a time waster, when in actuality I was taking my time browsing the rather large selection on offer! Won't be going back.
