Beware of this hub. We've booked some business cards to be ready by Friday, as offered option on their website. A lad from the company called Jim said to us to drive there after 7pm to collect the cards as someone was waiting for us. After driving for thirty minutes down to Trafford Park, nobody was there. We've rang the bell for 40 minutes, nobody answered. We're still waiting for those cards. (It's Monday eve now) Nothing. We tried to get hold of them. They avoid answering the phone all day. After five hours trying to get someone on the phone, they answered like nothing has happened. No apologies whatsoever. We've had to refund our customer and apologize to her as we couldn't provide the service she paid for. Jim said that the team left the building just after 6pm on Friday. What a shame. Never ran into such unprofessional people
