Parts missing from the bed and came all marked and scuffed boxes was all damaged look like it was a return missing screws and no help from the company and ended up taking the mater up with the bank not paying that kind of money for this condition

I bought our Paris Ottoman Velvet TV bed in October from TV Bedstore and I am only just managing to write a review. After months of research and worrying about spending so much money on a dodgy bed I am so pleased we visited this store. The sales guy was amazing and really knew his stuff. We had the bed delivered to Leeds with no issue and a very quick turnaround. The 2 guys that delivered were super helpful and polite and we could not of asked for more. So far the bed is amazing and we have had no issues. I can highly recommend.

Traveled 1 hour 30 mins to find out business was closed. I checked opening times before setting off (business showed as open). Phoned up and they said they were shut because of Darby football. Not happy at all.

Today i received one of the crushed velvet silver bed and I am very impressed, seems like a very strong base and good quality. Very good and clear instructions to put the bed together, I did it myself but i do recommend having a extra person on some parts of the set up. It is a Christmas present for my daughter but I will be returning for myself.
