Absolutely terrible landlord to go with, rip of merchants. Rent out properties without inspecting them. Moved in to one of there properties recently the light fixing was damaged, massive holes around the sockets, damp n mould in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. Massive holes in the walls in the hallway and kitchen. Radiators in the bedroom not working, faulty door, scratches marks around the door frame and the bedroom doors are in poor condition. The light fixture fell on my child, which had to be taken to hospital. When you call or write they blank you. The agent on the phone had the nerve to accuse me of damaging the door frame when I moved in with furniture. Cause yes I damaged the door frame then called to report it. Can't see how I can fit furniture into a box cupboard. ( cupboard looks as if a dog has scratched away the door frame, as it was trapped in the cupboard. How could I possibly do that) I was not informed about the gas cap procedure and had to spend a week in hotels due to me and my child suffering from asthma. ( housing officer tried to tell me it's not cold as were in summer, erm there is such thing temperature dropping at night) She went on to say I wouldn't be remburised for the hotel costs. Also radiator doesn't work on one of the bedrooms, pvc frame as come away from the window, I have the most out to date bathroom and kitchen. As I was told they were both modernised. The list goes on I have complained to environmental health, citizen advice, the director if the company and chancellor of dudley. That's for housing officer Jo leaves alot to be desired by her. Absolutely ridiculous I wouldn't recommend them to a dog, all there intrested in is collecting rent that's the only time they get in contact with you. What a disgrace. I previous applied for universal credits they contact me every week without fail bombarding me with stupid letters about the rent when they know I'm waiting for my claim to be processed.
