        If I could give this shop 0 stars I would, collecting parcels being told theyre not there when I can see its been delivered! All the parcels are on a heap on the floor, staff are extremely rude

        Okay when buying things but are really starting to annoy me about my packages they tell me theyre not there even when theyre tracked and I can see they are? One time I went up 3 times for a pair of shoes they said they didnt have only for them to send it to my house months later they have a mountain of packages but they dont make it easier for themselves by organising it meaning Im left without things I need and have paid for its getting ridiculous
