Outstanding, this team are truly experts in what they do. Horizon Loft Space transformed our 3 bedroom home to a 5 bedroom creating everything as I imagined in March 2022. From the first meet with Rich we knew that Horizon was the company to trust with our conversion, from the initial meeting Rich explained the process fully (our loft was a truss roof and L shape so required a LOT of structural steel work) one we received the quote I was delighted that it was competitive with other local companies. Our conversion was highly complex due to the structural work and size but Horizon were in their element, at first I was petrified of the thought of having building work continuing for 3 months and having trades men in my home. The whole of the team were wonderful and friendly such a pleasure to talk to and welcome into my home. We were updated on progress from day one to completion. All the team are highly skilled and professional with great customer service they worked with us through to project tailoring it to what we wished nothing was too much to ask for and everything was possible, if youre contemplating having a loft conversion do it. I found this company when I was at work after being messed about by previous companies I just start talking them and asking so many questions. Everyone I spoke to was brilliant and so informative. I emailed the company and Rich came around to give me a quote. He was very professional and really understanding and explained everything. I cant recommended this company enough. When your spending so much money you need trustworthy people and these were them. I love everything about my new loft conversion. From quote to completion Rich and his team have done a fantastic job and have been a pleasure to work with. We have been fortunate enough to have them complete a hip to gable loft conversion for us in about 7 weeks! All the guys working on the job have been lovely and caused very little disruption. Their work has been exceptional throughout and we love the end result. We are amazed at the size of the space they have managed to create in the loft without compromising the space on the 1st floor.
