        Nice crematorium. Very large space. Seems to be quite busy, and they limit the time whilst there. Could do with some heating installed as it was very cold indoors. Service was overall very good.

        Last funeral of the day, just got outside, within a minute you could here cleaners hoovering! Not good! Have some respect for mourners outside!

        Had letter about my parents ashes being removed from columbarium. Asked if we could attend the scattering this costs 40 which was not a problem. Had several calls and they were going to contact us when the ashes had dried out. It has taken a few months and after no contact from them I phoned them today. The receptionist at the crematorium was not the nicest of persons, She was very abrupt and had a poor telephone manner. Perhaps the council needs to look into better customer relations concerning the staff at the crematorium.
