Coppa Club Streatley

Thankfully we were not charged for what was put in front of us in Monday evening. 1 starter came before our drinks and from this point felt the whole experience was going to be a disaster...... And yes I was right. 2nd starter eventually arrived....... Then 1 main course arrived and took 10 minutes for the other main to arrive. Sadly this was cold. Spoke to waitress who took it back to kitchen. After waiting 15 minutes we just gave up. Spoke to 1 manager who then had to speak to another manager and agrred not to charge us........ Think twice before trying this outfit. Maybe get some staff who enjoy there job and train them.............. Such a shame as I was recommended to try it....... Sadly won't be heading back.

The most amazing waiter saved our evening and I am so sorry I didnt catch your name , I visited on the 29th of April at 6:15pm it was my birthday and you single handed saved the evening, you where so so lovely. The evening started off rocky with poor bar service and really bad drinks. But the lively blond waiter who served us in the restaurant side was so amazing, the food was amazing and thank you so much for a lovely birthday. I hope your managers see this and you get the appreciation you deserve !

This place should be outstanding, but unfortunately misses the point. Although it is well appointed and has a varied menu, we were disappointed to be welcomed with a carafe of warm water, a spilt cocktail and cold plates for our tapas. It was noisy and unconvincing. The 'discretionary' 12.5% service charge on the QR paying app was not. Sadly for us, our trip down memory lane didn't live up to the anticipation.
