Vanessa is a very conscientious and hard working pilates teacher. Her attention to her clients physical strengths and weaknesses helps them to follow the exercises to the benefit of the individuals physique. I should know because Im her mother!!

I always recommend Three Pillars of Health to friends. I started To work with Vanessa one year ago: first, I joined a group class and then moved to 1-2-1 as group classes time didn't suit me anymore. It is impressive how much the strength of my body has changed in a year! The pain in my shoulder vanished, and even if I had a bad day and the pain came back, I knew precisely what to do to get better.
