Stupid me, left my medication behind whilst on holiday. Lloyds Team sorted out replacements quickly with the Doctor. Thanks for helping.

Not impressed. My prescription sent to them on 25th. I left it two days before asking. Then they couldnt find it (until I asked them to check for prescriptions sent using Lloyds Direct). Then pharmacists at lunch, cant dispense it, call back. Called back today; they only had 1/3 of the supply. Well call you back when we have the rest. But Im leaving today - they cant transfer the prescription to a branch close to where I live.

Helpful staff took a phone call promptly and advised if items were in stock so as not to make a wasted trip. Polite counter staff. Can be long waits for dispensing though as only one pharmacist and often a que to collect items.

Very slow. They don't seem to have a system to find your prescription and spend 10 minutes each time looking at each of their shop prescription one by one before moving on to other prescriptions in another place. Each time I want to suggest a box and alphabetical order works for most people!
