        I didn't even want to give 1 star but it won't let me not rate it. I can't rate the actual grooming as the system let us book an appointment but when we got there we found the boutique closed. I had to pay a 10 deposit for the appointment, but have so far (nearly a month later) not received my money back or any reply to my emails to advise when my money will be returned. I have sent a number of emails and called, left voicemails and text them. I am really shocked by this awful level of customer service, and the fact that they can take my money for nothing and not return it. Definitely will never be using for a groom or recommending to anyone. I am truly shocked as I thought they were a reputable company

        A fabulous grooming service. Lovely and attentive groomer who clearly loves animals. Mine came out with tails up, not always the case at other places. Very reasonably priced too.

        We are new to the area so thought we'd give Penelopes a go. They gave my cockapoo a brilliant cut factoring in all the knots and tangles she had manage to accumulate. We will definitely be returning to keep her coat tidy and tangle free. Thanks!
