Not Just Travel

We wanted to say a huge thank you to Alex for arranging everything so brilliantly for our holiday in St Lucia. We had a truly wonderful time, and everything ran incredibly smoothly, our flights, transfers, accommodation and location were superb. We were upgraded to a three bedroom top floor apartment overlooking the beach; a staggering place, with a 20 metre balcony and incredible views. Everything was immaculate and the staff were super. We had loads to do and went out exploring most days. It is a wonderful place, highly recommended!

Alex provided an exceptional service for our holiday in Corfu. Alex organised everything to ensure the holiday ran smoothly. Nothing was a problem. Alex did an excellent job of arranging a family holiday for us to Lapland in December 2021. We first contacted Alex mid 2019 about the holiday. He started by speaking to us to understand what sort of holiday we were looking for and our rough budget. He then presented us with various options, and he answered any questions we had before we made our final choice and booked the holiday. The booking process was very simple. In November 2021 the omicron strain of covid appeared and there were regular changes to the travel requirements by the British and Finnish governments, Alex did a great job of keeping us constantly updated about the latest requirements. The holiday with Transun to the Tundrea resort, Kilpisjrvi, Finland was incredible with full length husky ride, snowmobiling, and reindeer sleigh ride to see Santa. The accommodation, food, and location were all awesome. Alex has also helped us with booking a fly drive holiday to Vancouver for later this year and was very helpful again in discussing the options and refining the plan. Hes very helpful, responds quickly, listens to the requirements, and is easy to get on with. Thanks!

What can I say. It if wasn't for Alex we would never had got on that plane on the 22nd due to the St Lucia Travel Authority not issuing our permission to travel in time. After trying everything for several hours Alex sorted the problem just in time! It shows the quality of a great travel agent and why its so important to have a person to speak to rather than just an online website. He is patient, understanding and always helpful. He has now booked 3 holidays for us, including next years. Excellent service. Thank you Alex
