        Have used Theo twice, seems nice enough and did a decent job, but on second job he put together a flat pack and cracked a panel. Left without mentioning. Quoted and charged full day rate despite knowing jobs would only take a couple of hours. Understood he had to travel and charge full day rate to make worthwhile, but not transparent about it + damaged the shelving (made worse by dashing off without raising it)
