Excellent trainer. I wasn't a gym person at all but with Dan's help I'm finally managing to get my fitness under control and actually enjoy training now. He's knowledgeable, supportive and energetic. I highly recommend him to anyone else who wants to improve their fitness.

Lets keep this simple and easy if your looking for a trainer to take you from feeling and looking like a 1 on the scale to a mind blowing 100. Look no further you will never look back and believe the way you was but how incredible you feel and look now and excited for more in the future. Dont waste your time thinking about it book and let the training speak for itself the hardest part is you turning up and trusting the process. Honestly I was very confused before get any trainer as i havent done it before! I was already talking to other trainer than I saw Dan and he looked more trustable to me! And I was right. Although It was two month journey but I did see the result.Dan is friendly at the same time strict with his training and gave me diet guidelines too which helped me to push myself further.I was so happy to see the difference in me.Just book danilo and go with the excellent experience. You wont regret it.

1 of the best Trainers in London. Ive always been timid on going to the gym because of my size. Danilo makes training fun, I feel confident and motivated. Its never easy but the feeling I have within myself and my progress is definitely worth it. Fit Legendz all day
