        Ordered a cooker to be delivered the next day to my tenant. When my gas engineer arrived to connect it he saw the brackets on the lid were broken (definitely wasnt like that when I bought it), also no gas to the burners. When I called the shop he accused the fitter of not being qualified to work a cooker and hed meet us there. He accused him of breaking the lid and started being very racist, wouldnt let him speak at all then really started swearing, it was unbelievable! Thankfully I got a refund but really could have done without the grief!
