Actually waited an hour and 40 minutes - completely unacceptable. This was after two phone calls to the shop. Opened the bag to find the drink missing - called again to be offered two drinks next time I order - dont want that because with this level of disorganisation I wont order again. Then offered to deliver the drink - dont fancy another hour and 40 minute wait. They agreed to send a refund with the driver. Driver turns up with no refund but three drinks - so they didnt even listen to the discussion we had. Absolute farce!
