Lizeek has been able to achieve what I presume most young business women can only dream and hope to achieve one day. She has established a brand that is elegant, delivers on its promises, and most importantly - always puts the customer first. I recently ordered some mocktails, which unfortunately did not arrive in time due to a series of unforeseen circumstances. That being said, from the moment Lizeek was made aware that I hadnt received my order, she promptly replied and apologised profusely - even though this was due to circumstances way beyond her control. What I appreciated most was her professionalism, her calm resolve to quickly and efficiently rectify the situation, as well as her proactivity in keeping me informed throughout. Its rare these days to find a business owner who truly understands the value of excellent customer service. Lizeek, thank you so much for ensuring I got my drinks, and for throwing in a couple of extras for the inconvenience. The mocktails taste amazing, and I cant wait to order some more soon!
