        Ive had my friend in bits because of the way she has been treated about her 2 day kitten dying and her wanted him to be cremated. The way the staff here talk to their customers and treat the bereavement of them is disgusting and they shouldnt be allowed to get away with it. I was seriously considering to take my cat here to be spade but Id rather do it myself than take her here after this. Vial and disgusting behaviour.
