        I see many people moaning about Petersfield Surgery and throughout covid it's been hard on everyone especially in Dr's surgeries receptionists are at the front line and usually get the abuse because people can't be seen I've seen it there in the past but I would like to say a big thank you to Lisa Young one of the lovely receptionists at Petersfield for helping me this week she went out of her way to help me when she didn't have to and she's not the first receptionist there to help me over the last year I really appreciate how helpful you all are and a big thank you from me

        Doctors are lovely but receptionists never answer the phone. Impossible to contact unless you have an hour to wait around calling over and over. It's taken me 70 odd calls to get through.

        Worst Surgery ever! Been waitting for test results for over two weeks to find out labeling was not correct!!! Waist of time!!!
