There are two women who I have seen working in this laundrette, the younger one is very nice & helpful. The other one is a very rude old woman and shes not at all helpful, in fact quite the opposite! The entrance has a barn half door type of door which, when the old grumpy woman is working, she has closed & locked & she wont let you in! Each time I have tried to go in (today was my fourth try in two weeks) to use the extra large washing machines the old grumpy woman has stopped me at the gate and tells me I could only wash my items as she has all of the dryers in use with services washes & I will have to get my own change as she doesnt give out change! The actual laundrette is very dirty & shabby & its an absolute mess, there are bags of washing everywhere. All over the tops of the washing machines, on the benches in front of the washing machines, all over the floor, as well as all over the benches in front of the dryers! The place is in violation of so many health & safety codes! If you HAVE to use this laundrette, then I suggest you do so at your own risk! I shall be going back to The Laundry Lounge in Rainham, a bit out of my way as I live in Harold Hill but the place itself is clean & spotless & the two ladies who work in there are very friendly, helpful & they always have change!

We recently discovered this business and living in a one bed flat, we have zero room for drying. We take our washed clothes here to get tumble dried. Friendly and quick service and reasonably priced. It has helped us out massively!
