Clinic is clean and there is a water machine and couch in the waiting area. Reception staff are always friendly on arrival. My therapist is lovely, professional and human! The clinic is so under staffed due to govt. cutbacks so the waiting time to get a referal appointment is so long. I waited 7 months! There used to be 45 therapists here a few years ago and had the quickest referal turn around times in the country!. Now there's only 3 full time and 4 part time staff..... this is why it takes so long for an appointment. If You're angry about not getting in quick. Take a step back and think. They do the best with what they are given. And no.....i don't work here.... just a service user.

Always swiftly seen on time, has a nice calm waiting lobby and have only had one bad experience. But hey, we are all human.
