All good ,,, plunge pool not open with the sauna today

The swimming and sauna facilities are disgusting. The swimming pool always has a lot of sand at the bottom, which is clearly never cleaned. The spa is always over booked so don't expect to actually use the sauna, steam room or jacuzzi. That's if the jacuzzi is even working. And they allow people in tracksuit bottoms and trainer's in the spa, so expect mud to be walked through

Poor experience. Reception were beyond unhelpful and palmed me off to the membership team who gave me different information and sent me back to reception, only to be given the same computer says no attitude. Only wanted to pay train as a guest but you have to register as a guest at least 24 hours in advance. Only gym Ive seen that doesnt allow walk in guest passes without 24 hours notice - the membership team seemingly dont know this to be the case either. Waste of time and poor staff attitudes.
