Terrible surgery, rude staff and unprofessional people NHS should give them training for better treatment and some lessons that how to deal with patients, especially vulnerable patients

I'm so proud to say that I have THE BEST doctors surgery that anyone could wish for. Dr Pratheep is the most loveliest gentlemen and has the most amazing team (Rebecca and Lee) working alongside him. Dr.Pratheep, thank you for being the best doctor that our surgery has seen. You are by far the most genuine and considerate person that I've come across and hope that you stay for a very long time! My two young children absolutely adore Dr.Rebecca as she communicates and comes down to their level when doing their initial checks! Shes friendly, very reassuring and shows that she cares. Lee (Reception) you're an absolute star and I love seeing you when I come in, you've given a lot of empathy and continued support to me over the years and solved any issues/ questions that I've had. You really are the best! You make me grin as soon as I approach the desk and it is because you are such a 'people person'. Thank you to everyone for the continued support, friendly but professional mannerisms, empathy and dedicated care. The team feel more like a family to me! Thank you all so much, you are all true assets!
