You can't book an urgent appointment over the counter & neither will you get through their phone lines as they keep it on the side engaged daily for around 15 minutes when they open and then when you finally get through you get a reason that you called in late and all the urgent appointments have gone.. Utterly disgraceful service, the worst GP practice in the NHS.

During lockdown I have been very ill and have had no support from the practice at all. I called 111 who called my practice and wanted a dr to see me face to face and nobody got back to me . Dr Solanke has no idea how to treat patients. I dont normally write reviews but the way I have been treated is disgusting

Tried to register and its been 2 MONTHS now and they still havent filled me as a new patient. The first time i tried to register with them is back in Oct 2019 where they somehow lost all of my paperwork which includes passport copy and details from my HR as proof of address. I handed in another set of documents since then and its now coming to end of year and there are still no progress. I understand that the one in charge of doing registration is only available during Wednesday but a lot of Wednesdays has passed and i am not sure whether its still a viable excuse to say that the person who is doing the register only comes on a Wednesday. They asked me twice about the date of my arrival to the UK and as someone who is a British citizen and paying tax, i feel like the service i am being offered to is poorly approached or organised. I am not happy anymore and informed that i will file a complaint (20DEC19). I think if someone is already in pain and in need of their service a lot of people already have died or misdiagnosed. This surgery is not living to the standard of how a public service should be and i am quiet ashamed. All of my family work as nurses in the NHS and i am myself works in GE to help diagnose diseases. For someone to get this treatment is not right and i feel like its more to do as i am not english so i am not a priority.
