Last few visits have been shocking, I order salad and the content between the 2 shops in goole area is massive! For the same price in each shop this store half fills the box, where as the other store fills the box so the lid won't close! Value for money wise this store is poor!

Ordered sandwich with double meat, toasted and some cookies and a drink. When my food arrived. It was cold, not toasted, barely any fillings (so charged for double meat but had next to non in it. If I'm being really particular, half scoop of chicken and 1 rash of bacon was in the sandwich, I know it's sad I counted but it wasn't what I paid for) My drink and cookies wasn't delivered either and when I called and asked about why it wasn't in with my sandwich they said that they cancelled it off my order, which I did not request, I asked if they could send it as I paid for it and they said "no it's not worth the hassle" This is not the first time items were missing off my order. This hasn't just happened to me. Similar situation happened to a couple of my colleagues and they also had similar response.
