        When a sign on the front of your store says "post office is open whilst the store is open" I expect you to maintain that. I don't want to be told by some kid that it is now shut despite an official sign saying otherwise. If something changes, you change your information to reflect that. Whilst I appreciate that there is a pandemic at present, that is no excuse for shoddy service.

        Normally excellent service. But today despite the website showing 4pm closing time, the post office shut at 2pm, while I was stood in the queue. When I got to the desk was told that it had just closed. Looked at my phone 2.01pm, didn't even offer to help. If you're going shut early, at least give a shout for anyone in the queue waiting.

        Needed some money not aware that I could use post office like my bank . Was pleasantly surprised how easy it was not busy and service was great and now will use all the time.wish my bank had informed me it's in a pedestrian area and no nearby parking and it's a lot further than the postie.So now happy
