Cannot recommend the Service plan enough! Boiler stopped working last night at 8pm I emailed Thorpe Eco Ltd and Ashley was at my house at 8.10 this morning. He diagnosed the problem and sourced the parts. Boiler up and running again, less than 24hrs after I reported the problem. For 8 happy to keep it local Thank you so much!
